// What it does

From a video

Choose the start, the length (up to 15 seconds) and the frame rate, from 5 to 25.

From photos

Several photos from the system picker, in the order you choose. You can also share a video or photos to Gifea.

Editor

Move, duplicate or remove frames, add more photos or another video, and watch an animated preview.

Speed and text

From 20 milliseconds to 3 seconds per frame; forward, reverse or ping-pong. Meme-style text, above or below.

Shape and size

Original, square, 4:5, 16:9 or 9:16. Size from 240 to 640 px, quality, dithering and looping.

Save and share

The GIF goes to Pictures/Gifea when you press Save or Share, and you see its size on disk.

Pick up where you left off

If Android closes the app, the GIF you were editing stays in the cache.

Private by design

No ads, no trackers. It asks for no permission and has no internet access.

Yes. It is free, with no ads and no trackers.

Do my photos or videos leave my phone?

No. It has no internet permission. A GIF is saved or shared only when you press the button.

Where are the GIFs saved?

In Pictures/Gifea, and only when you press Save or Share.
